About the role

  • Develop features and solutions that improve the experience for Ordergroove’s partners and clients, enabling seamless collaboration and smooth integrations
  • Write high-impact, efficient code that aligns with our long-term strategy of scaling new merchants, reducing time to launch, and driving operational efficiency
  • Work closely with our partners and internal teams to understand their needs, provide technical leadership, and deliver solutions that align with business goals
  • Design and build scalable, highly available integrations with leading e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, and others, ensuring robust and efficient data flow across systems
  • Contribute to team growth by sharing knowledge, supporting peers through code reviews and technical discussions, and driving continuous improvement in engineering practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full stack experience with focus on the backend development
  • Proven expertise in Node/Js, Python
  • Comfortable working with frontend technologies Like React/ NextJS
  • Experienced in leading projects, making key architectural decisions, and delivering complete solutions from concept to production
  • Effective communicator, able to articulate complex ideas and discuss abstract concepts with ease
  • Experience with databases and message queues in distributed systems
  • Reliable team player that's ready to help others when needed
