About the role
- Lead the development of highly persuasive and tailored proposals, bids, and grant applications.
- Collaborate closely with departments across the organization—including marketing, sales, product development, HR, and leadership—to identify key storytelling opportunities.
- Champion a consistent brand voice and overarching narrative across all our communications.
- Conduct thorough research and insightful interviews with internal subject matter experts from Operations, Technology, and other functions, as well as with clients and stakeholders.
- Meticulously edit and proofread all written materials for accuracy, clarity, grammatical precision, and strict adherence to our brand guidelines.
- Master the art of tailoring messages and storytelling approaches to effectively connect with diverse audiences.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve our content development and proposal writing processes, tools, and materials.
- Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, manage deadlines effectively, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in proposal writing, corporate communications, content strategy, or a related field where storytelling was a core responsibility.
- Experience within a B2B, BPO or tech-enabled services environment is a significant plus.
