Product Manager

• Own the roadmap for the Orcrist platform: the Kubernetes foundation, CI/CD, and deployment tooling that make OIP reliably installable and operable across cloud, on-prem, and air-gapped environments.
• Your customers are our engineering teams and the field teams who deploy OIP.
• You will give them fast, safe self-service and partner with SRE, security, and customer-facing squads to ship the platform as a product.
• Define product vision, OKRs, and roadmap for developer self-service, installability, and observability.
• Run discovery with engineering teams and field operators; turn what you learn into golden paths and releases.
• Drive air-gapped packaging, install, and upgrade as first-class product capabilities.
• Measure platform health (reliability, time-to-production, CI/CD success, cost) and make data-informed calls.
• Coordinate dependencies across SRE, security, and customer-facing squads for safe, repeatable releases.
