About the role
- Own and execute the full-cycle recruiting process across technical and operations roles, from sourcing to closing candidates.
- Partner directly with the CEO and functional leads to deeply understand our hiring needs and priorities, and how to build the best pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Build and refine our recruiting processes, tools, and systems as we scale (such as our ATS [Ashby], sourcing, interview processes, and overall candidate experience).
- Create compelling outreach and outbound messages, along with employer branding and perception to attract top-tier candidates.
- Maintain our high-quality bar while moving quickly, helping ensure that every hire strengthens our team's culture and mission.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally at a fast-paced startup
- Comfortable owning multiple open roles at once and context-switching rapidly
- Someone who is scrappy and thrives in zero-to-one environments
- Exceptional communicator with strong candidate instincts
- Passionate about helping build a world-class team and culture, and building the processes that enable this at scale
- Enthusiasm for taking on multiple roles and responsibilities as our company grows
- Experience hiring for technical, robotics, and computer vision roles
