About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the enterprise trust and security surface, including the trust centre, DDQ responses, security one-pagers, architecture diagrams and bridge letters
Translate technical answers into actionable language for procurement, legal and IT teams
Work hands-on with data residency, BYOK and key management, multi-tenancy, SSO/SCIM, audit and retention, subprocessors, and SOC 2/ISO posture
Own AI-specific enterprise trust topics including data retention, no-training evidence, model inventory, agent permissions and auditing
Ship enterprise-readiness features such as admin controls, audit logging, retention and purge tooling, regional hosting and connector permissions
Convert one-off questionnaires and recurring questions into reusable assets and shipped features
Work with sales, customer success, legal and the external infosec partner to advance enterprise deals
Own enterprise readiness across new business and existing customers
Follow security policies, complete regular awareness training and handle sensitive data in line with ISO 27001 standards
Report unusual risks or incidents promptly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on builder who has personally shipped product features, not only documentation or policy
Experience in enterprise security conversations with customer IT/security teams or resolving security blockers
Working fluency in data residency, encryption/key management, SSO, audit/retention and security certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001
Ability to make architecture decisions with engineers
Point of view on how AI agents change security and trust
Ideally, hands-on use of AI/agent tooling
B2B software experience selling to large organisations
Regulated-industry experience in legal, finance or insurance is a plus but not required
Track record of turning one-off problems into reusable systems
Comfortable operating autonomously without direct authority over dependent colleagues
Must follow security policies, complete regular awareness training and handle sensitive data in line with ISO 27001 standards
Must be willing to work hybrid, with office attendance at least once a week
UK work authorisation or sponsorship status must be addressed
