About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the implementation of DNV Cascade 4 utility asset management software
Support the development, execution, and ongoing management of utility asset management programs
Serve as the primary technical and programmatic point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with client goals and operational priorities
Support clients with long‑term asset management planning efforts and program optimization
Develop training materials and best practices for client Asset Management programs
Develop and implement asset management strategies, policies, and procedures
Train new users in the utilization of Cascade Asset Management software
Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records, including acquisition, disposal, and maintenance history
Manage asset inventory and ensure that all assets are properly accounted for
Develop and implement asset maintenance schedules and procedures
Monitor and report on asset performance and utilization
Develop and implement asset disposal policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Provide guidance and support to other departments on asset management issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from a four-year ABET accredited college or university with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering
5+ years of experience in electric utility asset management or related field
Computer proficiency in DNV Cascade, Microsoft Office products, and business enterprise software
Experience or basic knowledge of concepts in the electric utility industry, including utility engineering, construction and maintenance standards
Understanding of basic engineering theories and principles
Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize work on multiple projects and effectively communicate project status
Excellent written and oral communication skills
