- Build performance-driven creative strategies

Requirements
- 3+ years in a performance creative or growth marketing role
- Proven experience developing creative for Meta, TikTok, and/or YouTube ads
- Strong grasp of funnel psychology and customer decision-making
- Comfortable analyzing ad performance data
- Excellent copywriting instincts; especially with hooks, headlines, UGC-style scripts
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment
