About the role
- Build performance-driven creative strategies that align with our brand voice, customer journey, and business goals.
- Develop compelling ad angles, hooks, scripts, storyboards, and briefs across static, video, UGC, native, and whitelisted content.
- Use reviews, survey data, customer personas, and competitor research to inform high-impact storytelling.
- Analyze creative performance data (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, GA4, Triple Whale) to identify winning patterns and cut underperformers.
- Partner with media buyers to understand KPIs (ROAS, MER, CTR, CVR, CAC, thumbstop %, hook retention) and drive optimizations.
- Manage relationships with UGC creators, editors, and agency partners from brief to final asset delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a performance creative or growth marketing role at a DTC brand or creative agency.
- Proven experience developing creative for Meta, TikTok, and/or YouTube ads — ideally in the health, wellness, or supplements space.
- Strong grasp of funnel psychology, customer decision-making, and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable analyzing ad performance data and translating it into clear creative direction.
- Excellent copywriting instincts; especially with hooks, headlines, UGC-style scripts, and ad copy.
- Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional partners in a fast-paced, remote environment.
