About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the M365 tenant end to end users, groups, licenses, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Defender
Manage the full Entra ID identity lifecycle provisioning, offboarding, MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, and SCIM
Procure, enroll, configure, and manage the end device fleet across Mac and Windows
Enforce device compliance policies via Intune and Jamf Pro
Serve as the first and last point of contact for employee technology issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of deep, hands-on Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration
Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
Expert-level knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Strong Entra ID depth
Intune endpoint management including compliance policies
Jamf Pro experience for Mac fleet management
Active Claude user
