About the role

  • Assume functional and technical responsibility for designing and optimizing marketing, sales, and service processes for a defined client base.
  • Design the functional and technical architecture for our clients.
  • Independently conduct client and requirements workshops, analyze business processes, and translate them into functional and technical solution concepts.
  • Responsible for drafting Statements of Work and estimating project costs.
  • Guide clients through all phases of a project.
  • Develop guidelines, share knowledge within the team, and actively support knowledge transfer across the organization.

Requirements

  • Professional experience as a Platform Architect / Solution Architect or in a similar role within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Power Platform and solid familiarity with the Azure platform, including AI and data architectures.
  • Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes, with a deep understanding of the underlying technical system landscapes.
  • Good knowledge of agile project methodologies and experience using Azure DevOps / JIRA.
  • Fluency in German and a good command of English are required for daily tasks, as well as a willingness to travel moderately.
  • Results-oriented mindset, initiative, and strong organizational skills.
  • High level of commitment and ability to work in a team, along with a confident and professional demeanor.
  • Strong quality awareness, customer focus, and entrepreneurial thinking.
