Key responsibilities & impact

Run the team of top direct response writers and external partners.
Scale the operating system and set direction — introduce, redesign, and scale processes that improve speed, quality, and sales results.
Combine data sources and reports to measure sales data, team and content impact, find bottlenecks, and make decisions.
AI + tooling — lead tool adoption and develop new tools/workflows based on team needs and market speed.
Unlock new converting content types and UX ideas.
Work with Creative PODs and Media Buying teams toward one goal: higher conversion and revenue.

What you’ll need

Proven ability to lead and develop a team and external partners (agencies/freelancers), set clear standards and KPIs, and scale output through strong processes and feedback.
Direct response funnel + paid traffic experience, e.g. advertorials, LPs, pre-sells, VSLs, quizzes, and other direct response formats.
Analytics-driven and comfortable using GA, Looker, Tableau (or similar) and CRO reports to diagnose performance and guide priorities.
Innovation mindset — ability to spot where the market is going and adapt the team and output quickly.
Confident using AI to increase speed and quality, and shaping workflows so adoption sticks.
Ownership + pace, you move fast, make decisions, and hold a high bar.
