What you’ll need

Expert-level SQL skills and comfortable with complex transformations
Confidently develop analytical MVPs, test hypotheses
Full ownership of outcomes and high standard for analytical rigor
Collaborate seamlessly with engineering and business stakeholders
Actively contribute to maintaining strong data governance
Communicate complex insights clearly in both Lithuanian and English
