About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain robust data models using frameworks like dbt
Act as the connective tissue between Data Engineering and Business Intelligence
Bring software engineering rigor to the data stack
Develop and automate testing suites to monitor data quality
Fine-tune data structures for performance in BI tools
Partner with stakeholders to define key metrics and translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a highly technical data analysis role within a modern data stack
Advanced proficiency in SQL is non-negotiable
Proven experience using dbt to manage the transformation layer
Strong grasp of dimensional modeling (e.g., Star Schema)
Familiarity with Version Control (Git)
Hands-on experience working within GCP (BigQuery) or similar cloud platforms (Snowflake, Redshift)
A solid understanding of the ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) paradigm
Fluent in English
