Key responsibilities & impact

Drive traffic to Marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart) listings through strategic external channels
Build and scale affiliate program by recruiting and managing high-performing affiliate partners
Drive traffic through email marketing and optimize email sequences
Partner with influencers and explore paid social strategies
Use Amazon Attribution and tracking tools to measure traffic quality
Conduct A/B tests and analyze data to optimize performance
Test new traffic sources and propose creative campaigns for key retail moments
Share insights with product and marketing teams to improve marketplace performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ year of hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
Affiliate marketing or email marketing experience highly favourable
Experience working with Amazon (Seller Central, Amazon Attribution, Brand Referral Bonus) highly welcomed but not required
Strong analytical skills
Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
Quick learner who stays ahead of industry trends
