About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identifying opportunities to improve existing products and processes
Exploring new tools and systems to improve acceptance across the Globe
Optimizing payment performance
Actively working with the project management team to complete detailed business requirements, assess the impacts of projects, and ensure key tasks are incorporated into project plans
Engage in project releases and user acceptance testing
Leading projects to identify control gaps and support continuous process improvement
Closely working with vendors in resolving day-to-day data/reporting issues and supporting strategic initiatives
Managing relationships between various payment service providers; legal entities onboarding; updating certification

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of experience with product management
Good understanding of the Digital Payments Landscape
Experience in leading Project or Product development teams
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to interact with many departments and levels of management
Proven ability to effectively analyze data and present solid recommendations
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle stringent deadlines
Ability to develop and document business requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient English speaking and writing skills are required
Knowing KYB processes or previous experience in KYB area would be a plus
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools would be a plus
