About the role

  • Support the execution of email and SMS campaigns from idea to launch (and beyond)
  • Learn how to build, schedule, and optimize campaigns in email & SMS platforms
  • Assist in setting up and managing automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement, etc.)
  • Help segment audiences and personalize messaging based on user behavior
  • Analyze campaign performance (opens, clicks, conversions) and share insights with the team
  • Continuously test and improve campaigns through A/B testing (subject lines, creatives, timing, etc.)
  • Work closely with designers and copywriters to create engaging, conversion-driven content
  • Support list growth and maintain database hygiene (cleaning, tagging, organizing contacts)
  • Stay curious and learn best practices in email & SMS marketing, including deliverability and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
  • Collaborate with the team to spot opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention

Requirements

  • Up to 1 year of experience in email or digital marketing (internships count!)
  • Strong eagerness to learn and grow in email & SMS marketing
  • Curiosity about customer behavior, email marketing & everything - you enjoy digging into why things work (or don’t)
  • A proactive, can-do attitude; you take initiative and don’t wait to be told every step
  • Willingness to get hands-on and execute, test, and improve campaigns continuously
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of marketing metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions) and interest in improving them
  • Attention to detail and care for quality in everything you launch
  • Familiarity with any email marketing platform (Klaviyo, Omnisend, etc.) is a plus, but not a must
  • Excitement about the digital world and motivation to build a career in it.
