About the role
- provide day-to-day customer service, logistic support
- handle cash and collections of accounts receivable
- process credit applications
- apply cash to correct accounts
- maintain knowledge of regulations
- prepare shipping documents
- schedule pickups
- interact with various internal communication vendors
- participate in quality improvement process
- perform month-end closing functions
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of AR and Collections
- SAP experience (3 years)
- ARIBA experience
- Coupa experience
- Customer base website, EDI logistics
- detail-oriented
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- CFR49 and IATA certification (have or able to get)
