About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end coordination and execution of global People Operations projects
- Coordinate HR systems, payroll operations, process improvements, systems integrations, and operational initiatives across regions and business groups
- Coordinate People teams, Payroll, IT, Shared Services, and external vendors
- Manage external consultants, implementation partners, and vendors, ensuring accountability and delivery
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestone tracking, action logs, status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate testing, implementation readiness, cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-implementation stabilization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of global or regional project management experience
- 5+ years of HR systems and operations projects experience
- 3+ years of payroll implementations and systems integrations experience
- 3+ years of vendor and external partner management experience
- 3+ years of project governance and status reporting experience
- 3+ years of testing, go-live, and stabilization support experience
- Master´s Degree preferred
