About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and manage department projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate between the various functions involved in projects
- Manage logistics such as shipping, spare parts, purchasing, and import/export to and between sites
- Support Engineering teams with procurement, logistics processes, and project management methods
- Collaborate with Procurement to define new suppliers and parts, issue purchase requisitions, and follow up on deliveries
- Manage all financial aspects of projects
- Coordinate AOP planning of CAPEX categories A and B
- Create and manage CAPEX budgets using SAP
- Follow up on CAPEX budget usage and spending
- Issue reports to management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Project Management knowledge and experience
- University Degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of SAP and project management systems
- Ability to create and implement global processes
- Team player
- Fast learner and independent
- English is mandatory
- Other languages are an advantage
