About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end coordination and execution of global People Operations projects
- Coordinate HR systems, payroll operations, process improvements, systems integrations, and operational initiatives across regions and business groups
- Coordinate People teams, Payroll, IT, Shared Services, and external vendors
- Coordinate external consultants, implementation partners, and vendors, ensuring follow-up, accountability, and delivery
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestone tracking, action logs, status reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate testing, implementation readiness, cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-implementation stabilization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in global or regional project management
- 5+ years of experience in HR systems and operations projects
- 3+ years of experience in payroll implementations and systems integrations
- 3+ years of experience in vendor and external partner management
- 3+ years of experience in project governance and status reporting
- 3+ years of experience in testing, go-live, and stabilization support
- Master's Degree preferred
