About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Global Demand & S&OP Planning team and strategy implementation of S&OP culture roadmap.
- Design and implement S&OP methods, tools, and best practices.
- Provide inputs to global supply planning within an integrated process.
- Improve planning processes for efficiency, accuracy, and agility.
- Own planning systems roadmap (Jedox, SO99) and drive adoption.
- Evaluate and implement new planning technologies.
- Lead and support local S&OP processes aligned with global standards.
- Drive scenario planning, including risks and opportunities.
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field (MBA advantage)
- 5+ years leading S&OP (Demand, Supply, Production, Inventory)
- Experience implementing planning in global organizations
- Strong training, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Experience with change management methodologies
- SAP ERP experience required
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and cross-functional influence skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Fluent in English.
