About the role
- Carry out planned maintenance activities
- Develop new activities when required
- Conduct day to day maintenance activities
- Conduct proactive work including PPM and improvement work
- Fault finding
- Contribute to implementing new working methods
- Involvement in site projects
- Maintain maintenance monitoring
- Implement and adhere to health and safety standards
- Support the Lead Engineers in workplace organisation
- Mentor Apprentices
Requirements
- Experience operating as a qualified Engineer
- Strong technical knowledge in injection moulding, extrusion and automated assembly systems
- Excellent communication skills across all mediums
- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- High degree of flexibility
