Key responsibilities & impact- Own and grow Stormwater Treatment solutions end-to-end
- Develop and execute global product strategy
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline
- Lead NPIs, innovation projects, and market-driven improvements
- Monitor market dynamics, regulatory changes, and risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in product management (construction/infrastructure ideal)
- Strong understanding of market needs and product lifecycle
- Experience in solution-based selling
- Open-minded and collaborative attitude
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Technical affinity with engineering teams
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Fluent in English
