Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management within TGA, HVAC-R, or the housing industry
- Professional background within HVAC-R, TGA, or direct competitors such as Rehau, Viega, Geberit, TECE, or similar industries
- Strong focus on structure, preparation, and follow-up of projects and customer meetings through CRM systems
- High customer orientation and strong market penetration within the NRW region
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to integrate naturally into a high-performing team
- Clear strategic mindset aligned with our UPSTREAM sales philosophy (focusing on project developers, decision-makers, housing associations, general contractors, and strategic accounts)
