Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong experience in revenue forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis
Solid understanding of manufacturing cost structures and margin analysis
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
Knowledge of SOX and internal controls
