Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee manufacturing plants in the North America region
Responsible for the day-to-day and long-term success of 24/7 manufacturing teams
Set priorities, develop teams, and keep operations on track
Travel about 50% of the time across your region
Collaborate with teams across departments and geographies
Impact safety, production, profitability, quality, employee development, and team morale
Establish and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ensure operations comply with industry standards, regulations, and policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing
3+ years as a Plant Manager in a 24/7 operation business
Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, business, engineering, or a related field
Strong business acumen, budgeting, and capital project experience
Familiarity with manufacturing systems
Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)
