About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • To execute research and development analyses, formulate new products, and optimize existing formulations for the Phthalic Anhydride, Plasticizers, and Fumaric acid plants
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis using appropriate analytical tools and techniques.
  • Interpret experimental results to support new product development and optimization initiatives.
  • Prepare clear and accurate technical reports, scientific documentation, and presentations to communicate results and findings.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, methodologies, and internal procedures throughout all research activities.
  • Monitor project progress and evaluate results to provide feedback and propose technical improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement of research methodologies, testing protocols, and laboratory practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including R&D, operations, quality, sales, and commercial.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in laboratory, production, or R&D environments within the chemical industry.
  • Required English proficiency level: Intermediate to Advanced.
  • Knowledge in Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Chemical Kinetics, or related disciplines.
  • Familiarity with laboratory testing, data analysis, and technical reporting in industrial environments.
  • Ability to handle laboratory equipment, samples, and materials in compliance with safety requirements.
