About the role
- Coordinate and support accounting processes related to corporate accounting, asset control and financial statements of LatAm Holdings, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements
- Provide solid accounting support and coordination on IFRS-related topics
- Support global tax accounting activities, including review and validation of deferred tax calculations
- Coordinate documentation and follow-up related to internal and external audit processes, supporting the mitigation of audit findings
- Support the effectiveness of internal controls around financial reporting
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring proper documentation and consistency of information
Requirements
- Advanced English is required
- Academic qualification in Business Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience obtained in an external auditor or similar role in an international company
- 5+ years of total experience in Accounting & Reporting functions, with prior experience as Senior Accountant, Supervisor or similar coordination-level role
