- Oversee 24/7 manufacturing plants in North America
- Manage ~6 Plant Managers, accountability for commitments
- Guide manufacturing operations to achieve goals
- Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies
- Develop and manage the operational budget
Requirements
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing
- 3+ years as a Plant Manager in a 24/7 operation business
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business, engineering, or related field
- Strong business acumen, budgeting, and capital project experience
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)
