Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee 24/7 manufacturing plants in North America
Manage ~6 Plant Managers, accountability for commitments
Guide manufacturing operations to achieve goals
Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies
Develop and manage the operational budget

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing
3+ years as a Plant Manager in a 24/7 operation business
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business, engineering, or related field
Strong business acumen, budgeting, and capital project experience
Familiarity with manufacturing systems
Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)
