About the role

  • Support and enable strategic commercial decision-making through advanced analytics, business intelligence, and leadership of key initiatives in Pricing, Sales Excellence, CRM, E-commerce, Business Intelligence, and Strategic Projects
  • Design and lead the Andean BU pricing strategy aligned with financial objectives and market dynamics
  • Develop pricing waterfall models, elasticity analysis, discount and promotion analytics
  • Monitor the impact of price changes on revenue, profitability, and market share
  • Lead analysis and recommendations for Project Sales and strategic quotations
  • Develop strategic dashboards to monitor KPIs (Revenue, Margin, NPS, Sell-in/Sell-out, Mix)
  • Integrate market intelligence and competitive analysis into decision-making processes
  • Design and implement the Andean Sales Force Effectiveness strategy
  • Lead the regional CRM strategy ensuring alignment with global ambition
  • Act as regional PMO for strategic commercial projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields
  • Advanced English proficiency, minimum B2 level
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial strategy, pricing, financial planning, business intelligence, or revenue management roles
  • Proven experience in building analytical models and BI tools
  • Desirable experience in CRM implementation and digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience in multicountry environments or global matrix organizations
  • Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Pricing Strategy, Elasticity modeling and margin analysis, Business Intelligence and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), ERP systems (SAP or similar), CRM platforms (Dynamics or similar), Forecasting and commercial planning, Advanced Excel and analytical tools
