prepare and administer annual budget
develop economic justification for projects
source and manage contractors
create and monitor schedules and budgets from kick-off to capitalization
initiate technical improvements of manufacturing processes
create Preventative Maintenance plans and LOTO procedures
assist in implementing Predictive Maintenance programs

Requirements

strong engineering and project management background
experience managing capital projects over $100K
engineering degree is required, P.Eng designation is an asset
experience in manufacturing with a ‘boots on the floor’ mentality
excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, SmartSheets, AutoCad)
experience using an ERP System (SAP is a plus)
strong project management and documentation skills
