About the role

  • Identify, source and attract potential candidates aligned with the organization’s culture, vision, and values, ensuring the supply of the best human capital to support client areas in achieving results.
  • Conduct internal and external recruitment and selection processes for all units and levels.
  • Ensure gender and age diversity in selection processes in accordance with Orbia’s defined strategy.
  • Advise other HR colleagues and leaders on best practices in Recruitment & Selection and on methods for selection processes.
  • Evaluate and propose participation in internship and career fairs.
  • Meet the recruitment and selection SLA defined in the recruitment and selection policy.
  • Identify and attract candidates with disabilities (PWD) according to open vacancies.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process for the Young Talent program.
  • Screen CVs, invite candidates to interviews, and ensure timely feedback to participants in selection processes at all levels.
  • Monitor and support the execution of assessment processes for leadership positions.
  • Analyze, generate, and report area metrics and KPIs.
  • Continuously benchmark best practices to refine R&S programs and propose improvements to reduce costs and time in recruitment and selection.
  • Manage recruitment and selection vendors for permanent and temporary workforce.
  • Process vendor payments according to established contracts, ensuring compliance.
  • Manage the PRA VOCÊ program, internal opportunities, and employee referral processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience conducting recruitment and selection processes covering multiple levels and areas, including job profile development, liaising with HR consultancies, and remote interviews.
  • Competency-based interviewing techniques.
  • Group dynamics / assessment center facilitation.
  • Knowledge of selection instruments and profile assessment tools.
  • Knowledge of candidate assessment methodologies / assessment centers.
