About the role
- Active sales within the assigned territory: advising, supporting and expanding existing customers as well as acquiring new partners (wholesalers, installers, planners)
- Handling projects from tendering to contract award, including technical consultation, bid follow-up and on-site coordination
- Conducting product trainings and promotional sales activities (e.g. counter demo days, company open days)
- Monitoring the market and competitors and implementing sales strategies in the territory
- Maintaining customer data and activities in the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics), and preparing visit and travel reports
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally with experience in building technology / sanitary, heating and plumbing (SHK) / technical building services (TGA)
- Several years of experience in field sales or technical sales
- Strong customer orientation, technical understanding and negotiation skills
- Independent and structured working style with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel within the sales territory and confident use of digital tools
