About the role
- Initiate and implement technical process improvements
- Manage the local capital expenditure (CAPEX) program
- Participate in the annual budget process
- Create Preventative Maintenance plans and LOTO procedures
- Assist in the implementation of Predictive Maintenance programs
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, maintenance management, and project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/SAP is a plus
- Solid user of Office 365 tools, SharePoint, AutoCAD 2D, and Solid Works
- Experience in lean manufacturing/continuous improvement/5S
- Familiarity with PFMEA project teams (lean certifications are a plus)
