About the role
- Drive and develop our network of specialist distributors
- Prospect new customers to grow the assigned territory
- Identify project opportunities by leveraging professional relationships
- Work in synergy with our Engineering Office to propose value‑added solutions
- Collaborate with the Specification team to ensure a smooth project handover
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ successful sales experience in the public works / civil engineering sector
- Minimum Bac+2 equivalent qualification in civil engineering (or equivalent two‑year post‑secondary diploma)
- Strong initiative, persuasive skills, and ability to build and develop a professional network
- Proficiency with CRM tools is preferred
