About the role
- Implement and oversee the company's security program in all business lines.
- Provide employees with a prevention-based approach and personal care in security issues.
- Responsible for providing comprehensive protection, crisis management, and response to protect employees, company property, and assets.
- Manage external security services.
- Relationship with local and federal authorities.
- Elaboration of Security assessments.
- Supervision of patrimonial security plans.
- Local coordination of programs of protection to executives.
- Participation in crisis committees.
- Investigation of incidents that affect the patrimony of the company.
- Implementation of procedures, actions and guidelines of patrimonial security.
- Support to different areas in internal investigations.
- Administration of the security service personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, security certifications, Certification in executive protection.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Law enforcement and/or private sector experience
- Investigation protocols
- Crisis management
- Risk assessment and intelligence services.
- Management of indirect work teams of more than 50 people in the security service.
- Physical requirements for the position such as mobility, vision, strength, etc. (applicable in line with local laws): This position requires a high level of adherence to standards, procedures and policies as well as high integrity. Passion for results, a constant pursuit of operational excellence, and a focus on internal and external customers.
- Ability to adapt to change and a strong sense of responsibility in decision-making. Preferably a local person with no mobility issues in the assigned operations.
