About the role
- Responsible for the entire Customer Service & Inside Sales organization in the Benelux.
- Ensure customer experiences optimal Wavin service and receives the right solution.
- Inquiries quickly and professionally converted into quotations and advice.
- Orders processed flawlessly and projects smoothly guided through to delivery and invoicing.
- Manage a large and dynamic playing field with 18 direct and 47 indirect colleagues.
- Coaching and leading the Customer Service and Inside sales team in the Netherlands.
- Coaching and leading the team lead of the Customer Service and Inside sales team in Belgium and the Manager Wavin Service Hubs.
- Joint responsibility for revenue and margin targets and the customer experience.
- Analyzing and improving processes.
- Collaborate with different departments to serve the customer: Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics and Finance.
Requirements
- Higher professional education level (HBO), preferably in a commercial or business direction.
- Extensive experience in a managerial role, preferably in a commercial setting.
- A combination of coaching and inspiring leadership and analytical insight.
- Strong communication skills with a healthy dose of energy and positivity.
- A strong drive to achieve results.
- When faced with setbacks, you step up and take others along with you.
- Command of the English language is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with ERP systems SAP and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
