About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, leading engagements end-to-end, from pre-sales to post-implementation
Drive the successful delivery of Orasio’s solutions in highly constrained environments, including on-premise and air-gapped deployments
Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Adapt Orasio’ solutions to real-world operational needs, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and commercial teams
Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of our deployment processes and methodologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience, including experience in technical environments with strong operational or regulatory constraints (e.g. on-premise, secure or air-gapped systems)
Strong technical acumen, with a genuine interest in both software and hardware systems
Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders, including senior interlocutors
Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and designing in high-stakes, regulated environments.
Fluency in French and English.
Experience in Public sector, Defense or Internal Security sectors (Bonus)
Experience working on AI-native products or systems (Bonus)
Entrepreneurial or early-stage experience (Bonus)
Experience bridging software and hardware systems (Bonus)
