About the role
- Own and execute Orases’ branding, PR, and thought leadership strategy to strengthen market authority in custom software and AI development.
- Secure consistent media features and PR mentions across relevant third-party and industry publications.
- Identify, submit, and win industry awards and recognitions that validate Orases’ expertise and credibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners, and industry organizations to amplify brand visibility.
- Produce regular thought leadership content that positions Orases leaders as trusted experts in AI, digital transformation, and custom software.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive editorial calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of optimized content.
- Write, design, publish, and optimize engaging content to support the marketing, sales, and brand strategy, enhancing online visibility and attracting organic traffic.
- Develop and publish case studies that highlight client success stories, measurable outcomes, and business impact.
- Disseminate and optimize content across digital channels to improve SEO and GEO visibility, ensuring assets are structured, distributed, and positioned for search engines, generative AI platforms, and discoverability.
- Drive sustained growth and engagement across LinkedIn and other platforms through a consistent publishing cadence, engagement campaigns, and cross-promotion.
- Grow LinkedIn followers and newsletter subscribers by sharing high-value insights, original content, and leadership perspectives.
- Plan, create, and publish video content that educates, inspires, and showcases Orases’ team, process, and client results.
- Support influencer, partner, and employee-advocacy initiatives to extend brand reach and authenticity.
- Proactively manage Orases’ online reputation across platforms such as Clutch, Gartner Peer Insights, Google, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to consistently generate client and employee reviews that support credibility, trust, and employer branding.
- Ensure reviews are actively leveraged across marketing, sales, and recruiting channels.
- Coordinate the design and production of trade show marketing materials, including flyers, loops, presentations, exhibitor portals, and promotional items.
- Lead Orases events by serving as the central coordinator for RSVPs, vendor relationships, team member responsibilities, and post-event follow-up across in-office events, webinars, podcasts, and industry engagements.
- Create and maintain marketing, sales, and leadership dashboards that surface key KPIs, performance trends, and actionable insights.
- Grow and nurture the HubSpot newsletter audience through blogs, lead magnets, and strategic website CTAs.
- Identify follow-up gaps across the sales funnel and design automated drip campaigns and workflows to improve engagement, consistency, and conversion.
- Improve email engagement by optimizing content relevance, subject lines, send timing, and audience segmentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or communications, with 3+ years of experience specifically within software development and/or SaaS .
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging.
- Experience using marketing analytics and performance reporting to inform strategy and execution.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including email, SEO, and PR.
- Working knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and their practical application.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time and priorities effectively.
- Highly organized and project-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to translate high-level strategy into hands-on execution when needed.
- Strong familiarity with software development, data science, AI, or related technical domains.
