About the role
- Lead modernization of the PSC’s MECM, Windows 11, and PatchMyPC environment emphasizing configuration, automation, and integration of endpoint management solutions.
- Audit, assess, and remediate MECM/SCCM environments based on Government of Canada standards.
- Support MECM operations for servers and workstations.
- Lead adoption of Intune for endpoint management, including planning, integration, and ongoing maintenance.
- Configure and manage PatchMyPC for automated application patching.
- Transfer knowledge to PSC team members for operational continuity.
Requirements
- 10+ years of system administration experience.
- 5+ years managing MECM/SCCM environments with proven remediation expertise
- Advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization in large-scale enterprise environments.
