• Support and maintain M365 and Azure platforms, ensuring stability and compliance
• Configure and enforce Microsoft Azure Guardrails to align with Shared Services Canada (SSC) and Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) governance and security policies
• Implement and manage standardized M365 playbooks for configuration, deployment, and ongoing support
• Lead M365 service migrations including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Azure Active Directory
• Deliver training and documentation to internal IT staff to ensure solution sustainability
• Coach junior staff and provide strategic input on platform improvements

Senior System Administrator – M365 & Azure

• Lead modernization of the PSC’s MECM, Windows 11, and PatchMyPC environment emphasizing configuration, automation, and integration of endpoint management solutions.
• Audit, assess, and remediate MECM/SCCM environments based on Government of Canada standards.
• Support MECM operations for servers and workstations.
• Lead adoption of Intune for endpoint management, including planning, integration, and ongoing maintenance.
• Configure and manage PatchMyPC for automated application patching.
• Transfer knowledge to PSC team members for operational continuity.
