About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications across client products
- Work closely with cross-functional teams — design, backend, QA, and product — to define and ship features that matter
- Apply AI tooling where it accelerates, and hold the line where engineering judgment is what's needed
- Write clean, maintainable Kotlin/Compose code with a focus on performance and responsiveness
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies that raise the bar for the whole team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of Android development experience
- Solid command of Kotlin and Java
- Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and Coroutines
- Strong analytical thinking and ownership mentality
- Clear communicator — written and verbal English B2 or above (mandatory — you'll work directly with US-based clients and teams)
