About the role
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Partner with leadership, finance, sales, operations, and other teams to provide data-driven insights.
- Automate reporting processes and improve data accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor key business performance indicators and proactively identify risks or opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across reporting systems.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing data analysis and predictive insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar role
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
