About the role
- Own the entire sales lifecycle – from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop and execute strategic sales pitches to drive new business opportunities.
- Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline, expanding Oraki’s publisher network.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with publishers and key industry stakeholders.
- Represent Oraki at conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Provide market insights and feedback to leadership, shaping sales and expansion strategies.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in digital advertising – ideally with a publisher tech provider or direct publisher relationships.
- A track record of exceeding sales targets and building revenue-generating relationships.
- A self-starter with a hunter mentality – proactive, hands-on, and results-driven.
- Passion for networking, traveling, and attending industry events to drive business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills (English, both written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational skills – ability to manage multiple deals and grow a pipeline effectively.
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a strong advantage).
- A deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem and publisher monetization landscape.
