Oversee day-to-day operations for a large, multicenter grant planning endeavor
Support the Principal Investigator (PI) and study leadership team in coordinating scientific, administrative, and regulatory activities across multiple sites
Coordinate and contribute to preparation of a large, multicenter grant proposal
Assist in drafting study protocols, manuals of procedures, data management plans, and regulatory submissions
Track deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely submission of NIH-required materials
Serve as primary point of contact for multicenter communications
Facilitate regular meetings and maintain clear documentation of decisions and action items
Support development of study governance structures
Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables across sites
Ensure compliance with institutional and NIH financial policies
Support IRB submissions and reporting across participating institutions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in clinical or translational research administration, biomedical sciences or related field
Master’s degree from an accredited institution (Preferred)
Demonstrated experience preparing NIH or federally funded grant applications (Preferred)
5+ years of clinical or translational research administration, biomedical sciences or a closely related field (Preferred)
Knowledge of NIH policies, clinical research regulations, and IRB processes (Preferred)
Multicenter grant experience (Preferred)
Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally
Outstanding customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms
