About the role
- Oversee day-to-day operations for a multicenter grant planning endeavor.
- Coordinate scientific, administrative, and regulatory activities across multiple sites.
- Serve as primary point of contact for multicenter communications.
- Assist in drafting study protocols, manuals of procedures, and regulatory submissions.
- Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables across sites.
- Ensure compliance with NIH policies and human subjects protections.
- Work with biostatistics and data management teams to establish data collection tools and reporting systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in clinical or translational research administration, biomedical sciences or related field.
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience preparing NIH or federally funded grant applications (preferred).
- 5+ years of clinical or translational research administration, biomedical sciences or a closely related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of NIH policies, clinical research regulations, and IRB processes (preferred).
- Multicenter grant experience (preferred).
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.
