About the role Oversee day-to-day operations for a multicenter grant planning endeavor. Coordinate scientific, administrative, and regulatory activities across multiple sites. Serve as primary point of contact for multicenter communications. Assist in drafting study protocols, manuals of procedures, and regulatory submissions. Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables across sites. Ensure compliance with NIH policies and human subjects protections. Work with biostatistics and data management teams to establish data collection tools and reporting systems. Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in clinical or translational research administration, biomedical sciences or related field. Master’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred). Demonstrated experience preparing NIH or federally funded grant applications (preferred). 5+ years of clinical or translational research administration, biomedical sciences or a closely related field (preferred). Knowledge of NIH policies, clinical research regulations, and IRB processes (preferred). Multicenter grant experience (preferred). Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.
