About the role
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for clerkship phase of MD curriculum
- Supervise clerkship coordinators across multiple clinical sites
- Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and evaluation
- Lead complex projects that improve processes and policies
- Manage Foothills curriculum operations to ensure integration across all phases and sites
- Support curriculum quality and consistency by partnering with assessment teams
- Oversee daily curriculum operations including tracking and scheduling
- Supervise frontline support and event coordination
- Manage budget and procurement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- At least 4–6 years of experience in academic program management or higher education administration
- Advanced degree may be substituted for experience
- Preferred: Master’s degree in business or related field
- Experience in an academic medical environment
- Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Canvas)
