About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate complex clinical scheduling across inpatient services, transplant and hepatology clinics, outreach sites, and provider availability.
- Provide high-level administrative support to leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and communications.
- Plan and execute events and educational programming, including webinars, meetings, and faculty recruitment visits.
- Manage travel logistics and expense processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies.
- Support procurement activities and financial tracking, including purchasing and budget coordination for events and operations.
- Coordinate provider credentialing and licensure processes, ensuring timely completion and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as a key point of contact, building strong relationships with faculty, staff, trainees, and external partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, finance, accounting, education, social sciences, healthcare administration, public administration, communications, information systems, or a directly related field from an accredited institution
- One (1) year of professional level experience in an administrative or program support setting
- Two (2) years of professional level experience in an administrative or program support setting for Senior Level
- A combination of education and related technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis
- Three (3) or more years of experience providing administrative and/or business support in an academic, healthcare, hospital, medical, and/or University environment (preferred)
- Experience in complex scheduling and calendar management (preferred)
- Experience with provider credentialing and licensure processes (preferred)
