About the role
- Responsible for day-to-day operation of human resources for ACCORDS
- Oversee hiring, termination, funding distribution changes, and leave reporting for ACCORDS
- Create and coordinate ACCORDS job postings in CU Careers
- Manage family and faculty leave of absences with University HR and faculty affairs
- Process payroll updates and changes as requested
- Research, interpret and stay current with University HR rules and regulations
- Prepare termination paperwork and assist in the checkout process
- Create and maintain ACCORDS faculty and staff personnel files
- Provide excellent internal/external customer service and maintain strong working relationships
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, business administration or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
- 4 years of extensive, diverse and progressively responsible human resources experience
- SHRM or PHR Certification (preferred)
- Experience working in an academic and/or healthcare environment (preferred)
- Experience interpreting policies and procedures (preferred)
