About the role
- Responsible for day-to-day operation of human resources for ACCORDS.
- Oversees hiring, termination, funding distribution changes and leave reporting.
- Ensures compliance with rules and regulations of the SOM, ACCORDS, and University.
- Manages recruitment, offboarding, payroll processing, and leave management.
- Provides customer service and maintains relationships between departments and SOM HR.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, business administration or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
- 4 years of extensive, diverse and progressively responsible human resources experience.
- SHRM or PHR Certification (preferred).
- Experience working in an academic and/or healthcare environment (preferred).
- Experience interpreting policies and procedures (preferred).
